StageLoop is a live event and webinar platform operated by Lyme Software Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (trading as StageLoop). Our platform enables organisations to host live-streamed events, webinars, hybrid experiences and virtual audiences through a browser-based interface.
References to "StageLoop", "we", "us" or "our" throughout these terms refer to Lyme Software Group Ltd (trading as StageLoop). References to "you", "your" or "the customer" refer to the individual or organisation accessing the platform.
By registering for a StageLoop account, accessing the platform or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not have such authority, or do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.
To use StageLoop you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we believe there has been a breach of these terms or unauthorised use.
StageLoop offers a range of subscription plans including a Free tier and paid monthly plans. By selecting a paid plan, you authorise StageLoop to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Free Plan: Available at no monthly cost. A valid payment method is required to cover any overage charges that may arise from exceeding your included usage allowances.
Paid Plans: Charged monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Price changes: We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any changes to subscription pricing before they take effect.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of viewer minutes and recording storage. If you exceed your included allowance, your events will continue without interruption and additional usage will be charged at the following rates:
Overage charges are calculated at the end of each billing period and added to your monthly invoice. We will notify you by email when you reach 75%, 90% and 100% of your included allowances so you can monitor your usage.
By providing a payment method, you authorise us to charge any overage amounts incurred during the billing period.
You agree to use the StageLoop platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to:
We reserve the right to suspend access or remove content that we reasonably believe to be in breach of these provisions, without prior notice where necessary.
StageLoop's property: All software, technology, designs, trademarks and content comprising the StageLoop platform are owned by or licensed to Lyme Software Group Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the platform as described.
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you upload, stream or store through the platform. By using StageLoop, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You confirm that you have all necessary rights, licences and permissions in relation to any content you transmit through the platform, including any music, graphics or third-party material.
We take your privacy seriously. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
As a customer using StageLoop to run events, you may collect personal data about your attendees through the platform. In this context, you act as the data controller and we act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate legal basis for collecting and processing attendee data, and for maintaining a compliant privacy notice for your own events.
We aim to provide a reliable and available platform at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we may need to suspend the service for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.
We will endeavour to give advance notice of planned maintenance windows where possible. We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyme Software Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business or reputational damage.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to StageLoop in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@stageloop.uk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have materially breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or if your payment method fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period.
On termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any data or recordings stored on the platform may be deleted after a reasonable retention period following termination.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our service, legal requirements or business practices. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a prominent notice within the platform, giving you at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
